Step 1 — Contact Us

Reach out to our team by phone, email, or through our online Donation Request Form. We'll get back to you quickly and walk you through everything.

Step 2 — Receive Your Donation Kit

We'll send you our complete Fundraising Kit — valued at over $34,000 — in digital or hard copy format, ready for your next event.

Step 3 — Showcase the Materials

Display the kit at your fundraiser. Each kit includes Vacation Certificates, Display Flyers, Bidding Sheets, and simple step-by-step instructions for both your team and your donors.

Step 4 — Explain the Prize to Your Audience

Each certificate provides resort accommodations for up to 3 rooms and up to 10 nights each — valued at $3,150 to $5,700, depending on the resort. Winners are responsible for airfare and the all-inclusive supplement, covering meals, drinks, and resort activities. Government taxes and service charges are additional.

Step 5 — Hand Over the Certificate Number

After your event, simply provide your winner with their unique certificate number — that's all they need to begin planning their Caribbean escape.

What Certificate Winners Receive

Each certificate provides resort accommodations only — winners are responsible for:

Airfare to and from their resort destination
The nightly all-inclusive supplement: $150–$323 per person, based on double occupancy, depending on the resort and travel dates. This covers all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks), unlimited beverages including alcohol, and all resort activities.
Government taxes and service charges (payable upon departure from the resort)

At the time of booking, a deposit of $600 per room is collected. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival unless otherwise advised.
